General Information
USE APPLICATION – The Use Application is the first step to obtaining a license agreement for your upcoming event.
EVENT COORDINATOR – Crosley management will assign an Event Coordinator approximately one month prior to your scheduled event.
SECURITY – Management has the right to require security on any event at the Licensee’s expense. Should you choose to have security, arrangements are made with your Event Coordinator.
INSURANCE – Events are required to provide Event Liability Insurance – Bodily Injury Liability $1,000,000 and Property Damage $1,000,000 per occurrence. All certificates must name Manatee Civic Center Authority and Manatee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida as additional insured.
PAYMENT – All payments for the use of the Crosley Estate are required prior to event day.
CATERING, WINE AND SPIRITS – The Crosley Estate offers you the versatility of being able to choose your own caterer. The caterer must be “self contained” as only prep areas and hand washing sinks are available on site. The Crosley Estate holds the liquor license and must supply all alcohol service. We will be happy to discuss your options for a cash bar, hosted bar or combination of the two.

Rates:
Rental time: 10 am - 11:00 pm
Additional hours (11pm - 6am): $125 per hour
Move in/out day (10am - 5pm): $250 per day
(Request for move in/out day may be made 30 days prior to event)
First Floor Rental Includes: Great Room, Library, Dining Room, Brides Room, Terrace and Bayside Pavillion
First Floor: $3,000 per day
First Floor and Grounds: $3,400 per day
First and Second Floors: $3,300 per day
First, Second Floor and Grounds: $3,900 per day
Terrace Only (picture taking, etc): $125 per hour
Rehearsal time: $100
(between the hours of 10am-8pm if available and 30 days prior to event)
Business Meeting Rentals
(available Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 11 pm)
Both Floors: $1,000/1,200 per day
(based on food service need)
After 11pm to 10 am: $125 per hour
Patio Rope Lighting: $125 run of show
Manatee County Resident – a 10% discount on Crosley Estate rental is available for Manatee County residents providing proof of residency such as a Florida Driver's License, a Manatee County voter registration card or receipt of payment for ad valorem taxes for property owned by the Licensee at the time such contract is established.
Non-Profit Discount – Clubs and associations that provide evidence they are lawfully established for not-for-profit are eligible for a 20% discount applied to base rent.
Holiday Surcharge – A surcharge will be charged applicable building rent plus $350 per day for holidays. Additional labor costs will be applied. Discounts will not apply to holidays.
Wine & Spirits
Due to license restrictions, all alcohol consumed on premise must be purchased and sold by the Crosley Estate staff. Licensee will have the opportunity to pre-select the type of bar service prior to their special event. Prices subject to change.

•Bartender - $20.00 per event hour (4-hour minimum)
